the brilliant and awesome location was very close to vinopolis. the breakfast deal was delicious and splendid with vouchers for a nearby cafe, really good fresh coffee plus same meal. the service was top-notch in my opinion.
The views were much to be desired.

Reasonably priced, huge rooms with private bathroom and a 4ft bed and modern facilities. Reasonably priced food for breakfast in the cafe. Very, very nice staff and management...

The location, friendly staff, the privacy, and comfort, cleanliness was good and trust of staff was also good.
I did not like the fact that I was not told beforehand that I would be on the top floor (number 3). I did have heavy luggage and the hotel has no lift. I had recently broke my elbow and still carried my luggage (I struggled). I am not a complainer by nature and took this in my stride. I was not happy with the view as I looked out of my window. However, despite this I wwould like to return when my next conference is due ( for 4 days) and may be I am given a room on first/second floor with a better view and a better price is negotiated. I hope this is hopeful, because I feel it is constructive criticism. Sher Singh

The breakfast was freshly prepared, the check in was smooth. Besides, the parking was on-site. The location was magnificent, next door to a tube station. Found in the very very nice area, the hotel offered reasonable prices.
The staff - some of them were not so helpful.

Great location and comfy stay
I stayed in a cozy Beautiful King Room, right next to Borough tube station, made exploring easy. The bed was super comfy, and I loved having a kettle for tea. The only thing was it got a bit too warm with no A/C.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and spacious room with tea, coffee etc. and nice bathroom.. Helpful and friendly staff. exactly right if you just need somewhere clean and comfortable to use as a base to sleep. Very quiet despite being on a busy road.

Better than I had anticipated. Good location right next to tube station (and I didn't hear any noise). Clean room and ensuite, bedding fresh. Not 'plush' - facilities, but more than adequate. Would definitely stay there again - good value for money.

Pleasant atmosphere, nice design, very friendly staff and cosy room. It was cleaned daily and also there has always been a tea in the room. Hotel is just two steps from Borough tube station. Highly recommended.

Location next to the tube station is perfect. Shared bathrooms could use better ventilation, a bit steamy in there.

Good location, fairly comfortable and clean.
Staff not very helpful and a little expensive for facilities provided relative to other hotels in the area.
